Your mission deserves more than survival.
Build the workforce.
Strengthen the leaders. Transform the organization. Prepare for what comes next.
WISE Engagement Solutions partners with mission-driven organizations to strengthen their workforce, develop capable leaders, create meaningful learning cultures, and build organizational strategies that move teams beyond crisis management toward sustainable growth, greater impact, and a future they are prepared to lead.
Challenges Facing Organizations Are Changing.
Our Strategies Must Change Too.
Organizations are being asked to accomplish more.
Workforce Shortages
Workforce instability affects organizational culture.
Leadership Transitions
Leadership gaps affect employee experience and retention.
Changing Expectations
Training that does not translate into practice affects performance.
Evolving Technology
Technology is changing how people learn, work, communicate, and lead.
Complex Service Environments
Organizations operating in constant crisis-management mode have little opportunity to intentionally prepare for what comes next.
Employee Burnout
Unaddressed workplace stress affects people, teams, and the quality of services organizations provide.
The question is not whether organizations will experience change.
The question is whether they will have the people, leadership, learning systems, culture, and strategy needed to navigate it.

Why WISE ?
WISE has deep experience in the ability to understand where organizations have been, recognize the realities they are facing today, and help leaders prepare for what comes next.
WISE brings a distinctive approach to organizational challenges.
We look beyond the immediate problem.
We ask better questions.
We examine the systems, assumptions, practices, and conditions contributing to the challenge.
We create space for honest reflection and meaningful dialogue.
We connect evidence, experience, emerging practices, and organizational realities.
And we help organizations turn insight into practical strategies for action.
Our work creates impact.
Develop and support statewide workforce development initiatives.
Design learning strategies, professional development programs, curricula, and leadership development experiences.
Facilitate strategic conversations with leaders, organizations, community partners, and stakeholders.
Support workforce initiatives addressing recruitment, retention, engagement, professional development, and organizational culture.
Work across government, provider organizations, educational institutions, professional associations, and community systems.
Advance conversations about the direct support workforce, trauma-informed organizations, leadership, workforce well-being, technology, learning, and the future of human services.
Meet the Founder
Throughout my career, I have worked alongside people, leaders, organizations, and systems responsible for supporting others and strengthening communities.
I have witnessed extraordinary commitment, creativity, innovation, and leadership.
I have also seen what happens when organizations ask people to carry increasingly complex responsibilities without providing the leadership, learning opportunities, systems, workplace cultures, and organizational support they need to thrive.
Those experiences shaped my perspective and ultimately led to the creation of WISE.
I believe organizations can do better than simply survive the next workforce crisis, leadership transition, technological disruption, or organizational challenge.
We can learn from where we have been.
We can examine honestly where we are.
We can prepare intentionally for what comes next.
And we can create organizations where people are valued, leaders are prepared, learning matters, systems support the mission, and people and organizations have the opportunity to thrive.
That is the work of WISE.
